A bet at done555 is confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation notification with a unique reference number. Until that confirmation is received, your bet is not guaranteed to have been accepted. done555 may refuse any bet without providing a reason. In the event of a technical fault during bet placement, done555's records are considered the authoritative source for determining whether a bet was placed and at what odds.
All odds quoted at done555 are in decimal format. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your bet. done555 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were offered due to a manifest pricing error — defined as odds that are clearly and materially different from the true market price at the time of placement.
Cricket bets at done555 are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — Cricket Pakistan (CP), the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), or the International Cricket Council (ICC) as appropriate. For PSL matches, the official PSL / PCB result is final. In the event of a match being abandoned before a valid result is possible — as defined by the DLS method or the relevant competition playing conditions — match bets will be voided and stakes returned in full. Football bets are settled on the result at the end of normal time — ninety minutes plus injury time. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count for standard match betting unless the market specifically states "including extra time." Asian handicap and total goals markets follow the same convention unless stated otherwise at done555.
